Orange-Mustard Glazed Chicken

This is loosely based off of a recipe my mom used to make that she called Minotian Chicken. I like using honey mustard because that's what I typically have in my house for sandwiches. However, if you're a fan of stronger mustard flavor, use regular yellow mustard in lieu of the Honey Mustard--it will be just as tasty.

Orange-Mustard Glazed Chicken

1/2 12 oz. can of frozen Orange Juice concentrate, about 3/4 cup
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Honey Mustard
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
2-6 chicken breasts, or 1 per person you're feeding

Mix together the glaze; everything except the chicken breasts. Put the chicken in a baking dish, like an 8x8 or 13x9, depending on how many you're making. Pour the glaze over. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

  1. Used to make? You should instead have said "from a recipe my mom invented"
